The Welcome of Jesus

Christianity is not a program, a plan, a philosophical position or a set of theological propositions. Christianity is a Person. “Do you love me?” Jesus asked his Apostle Peter three times, emphasizing the relationship that would make or break Peter as a person. Christianity is Christ: Jesus, the actual man/God who is alive, changing lives, reversing the world’s values, and radically reorienting our lives to God. Christianity revolves around a Person.

The human predicament is more serious than we typically realize, and our brokenness deeper than we often understand. In the face of our individual and corporate disintegration as humans and as societies, Jesus brings a way to heal the brokenness. More>>
